INSPIRATIONS & INFLUENCES
Many of the things I make are inspired by my kaleidoscope of mental health disorders. With Bipolar 1 Disorder, C-PTSD, ADHD, & Generalized Anxiety Disorder, I got the mental illness bingo! (Assuming there’s a free space…)
I agree with Imogen Heap who sings “there’s beauty in the breakdown.” Great beauty can come from turbulence, struggle, and the depths of despair.
